The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Information Network provides periodic information through emails, mailings, and through the KCDC Web site. This information is targeted to ADA/EEO Coordinators of government organizations and private employers. Training sessions are arranged statewide on a quarterly basis

ADA Amendment Act of 2008
The new ADA Amendments Act of 2008 became effective on January 1, 2009.
