Rural Development
Overview
To partner with the people of rural Kansas to develop sustainable communities, including a variety of housing programs to help meet the needs of moderate, low and very low income rural Kansas, e.g., assisting with purchasing a home, accomplishing seriously needed repairs for owned home or providing an apartment.

There area seven regions in Kansas, each with regional center. The region, town, address, phone and counties included in the region are listed below.

Regions
Region One: Colby, (785) 462-7671. Counties include Cheyenne, Decatur, Gove, Greeley, Lane, Logan, Norton, Rawlins, Scott, Sheridan, Sherman, Thomas, Wallace, and Wichita.

Region Two: Garden City, (620) 275-0211. Counties include Clark, Comanche, Edwards, Finney, Ford, Grant, Gray, Hamilton, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kearny, Kiowa, Meade, Morton, Seward, Stanton, and Stevens.

Region Three: Hays, (785) 628-3081. Counties include Barton, Ellis, Ellsworth, Graham, Jewell, Lincoln, McPherson, Mitchell, Ness, Osborne, Pawnee, Phillips, Rice, Rooks, Rush, Russell, Smith, and Trego.
