Centers for Independent Living
Overview
Centers for Independent Living (CIL) promote the self-reliance of individuals with disabilities through education, advocacy, training and support.

The core services provided by all CILs are: individual and systems advocacy, information and referral services, peer counseling, independent living skills, and deinstitutionalization.

There are thirteen CIL organizations in Kansas. Several provide some services across the other areas of the state. For satellite office locations, call or check the individual CIL web sites.
